Recipe Whipped Ricotta Toast with Roasted Rhubarb

INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss rhubarb with maple syrup and vanilla, roast for 10–15 mins until soft and juicy.
  2. Whip ricotta with honey and salt until light and fluffy.
  3. Toast your bread until golden and crispy.
  4. Spread ricotta on toast, top with roasted rhubarb and drizzle those glorious juices on top.
  5. Optional: add mint leaves, crushed pistachios, or a dusting of cinnamon for flair!
