INGRÉDIENTS- 5 ml (1 tsp) coriander seeds
- 500 ml (2 cups) very ripe Quebec strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 185 ml (3/4 cup) rhubarb, stems only, diced
- 7 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) clover honey
- 1 L (4 cups) water
PRÉPARATION- Place the coriander seeds in a pan and let them toast for a few minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, honey, and water.
- Add the coriander seeds to the food processor and blend for a few minutes until all the ingredients are well ground.
- Pass everything through a fine sieve and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
