INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the mustard, chopped rhubarb, green onions, herbs, maple syrup, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  4. Roll out the dough into a baking dish.
  5. Place the cheese in small pieces over the dough.
  6. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the dough, making sure the cheese doesn't move around too much. Add the rhubarb mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with a few more herbs and rhubarb pieces, then bake for 1 hour.
