PRÉPARATION- Choose good rhubarb, not too developed and very rigid.
- Peel the rhubarb to remove the largest fibers.
- Cut into regular pieces of about 3 cm.
- Place them without overlapping in a baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar or brown sugar.
- Place in the oven set to 150°C for 40 minutes. Gently mix the rhubarb pieces into the caramel while it is cooking.
- Please note that the cooking time may be reduced depending on the desired result and the performance of your equipment. You will end up with superb caramelized rhubarb pieces.
