A simple dessert but above all a condiment to accompany meats, poultry or game.

INGRÉDIENTSRhubarb Sticks
Sugar or Brown Sugar

PRÉPARATION
  1. Choose good rhubarb, not too developed and very rigid.
  2. Peel the rhubarb to remove the largest fibers.
  3. Cut into regular pieces of about 3 cm.
  4. Place them without overlapping in a baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar or brown sugar.
  5. Place in the oven set to 150°C for 40 minutes. Gently mix the rhubarb pieces into the caramel while it is cooking.
  6. Please note that the cooking time may be reduced depending on the desired result and the performance of your equipment. You will end up with superb caramelized rhubarb pieces.
