You can use pieces of rhubarb, fresh or frozen. Making rhubarb water couldn't be easier!
INGRÉDIENTS- Peelings from 5 rhubarb stalks (or 400g of rhubarb)
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons of honey
PRÉPARATION- In a saucepan, pour the water and honey (2 tablespoons for one liter, according to your taste) and bring to a boil.
- Add the rhubarb and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the rhubarb water and bottle it.
- Let cool, then place the bottle in the refrigerator before enjoying.
