Homemade rhubarb vinegar is a great way to use up some of your excess rhubarb in the summer.

Cook Time: 12 min
INGRÉDIENTS- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
PRÉPARATION- In a saucepan, boil all ingredients together for 12 minutes.
- Skip the foam and fruit pieces from the mixture.
- Let cool.
- Finish with 3/4 cup additional vinegar.
