INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION
  1. Sour and sweet jellybeans.
  2. Rhubarb ribbon rolled in sugar and dehydrated at 52°C for 10 hours.
  3. Cut the rhubarb into ribbons and arrange the pieces in a large bowl
  4. Sprinkle with sugar
  5. Let the rhubarb lose its water for 1 hour then
  6. Make a lemonade with the juice in the bottom of the dish
  7. Put the swirls in the dehydrator overnight and store them in a jar masson.
