INGRÉDIENTS
Rhubarb sliced into ribbons with a peeler
Sugar
PRÉPARATION
Sour and sweet jellybeans.
Rhubarb ribbon rolled in sugar and dehydrated at 52°C for 10 hours.
Cut the rhubarb into ribbons and arrange the pieces in a large bowl
Sprinkle with sugar
Let the rhubarb lose its water for 1 hour then
Make a lemonade with the juice in the bottom of the dish
Put the swirls in the dehydrator overnight and store them in a jar masson.
