Perfect for quenching thirst and excellent hot or cold.
INGRÉDIENTS- 7 dl water
- 3 dl apple juice
- 1 kg diced strawberry rhubarb
- 6 tbsp sugar
PRÉPARATION- Bring the water and apple juice to a boil with the rhubarb.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for about 20 minutes, covered.
- Strain into a carafe and add the sugar.
- Serve hot or cold.
