PRÉPARATION
  1. Fry the chicken in the Rhubarb Ginger Sauce over medium-low heat until the chicken is fully cooked. This allows the sauce to form a nice patina on the chicken. Serve the extra sauce on the side at the table. Add more delicious spicy sweetness to your chicken!
  2. Make your gingery rhubarb sauce (follow the instructions in the linked post).
  3. Once the sauce has thickened, add the breasts directly to the sauce in the pan.
  4. Cook over low heat for about half an hour, turning the chicken occasionally to coat all sides, until the chicken is cooked through with no pink in the meat.
  5. Serve garnished as desired.
