INGRÉDIENTS
500 g of rhubarb cut into pieces
100 g of sugar
200 g of white vinegar
300 g of water
PRÉPARATION
In a saucepan, boil the sugar, vinegar and water.
Pour over the rhubarb cut into pieces placed in one or more jars
Let cool in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
